Dr. Adrienne Stewart

Dr. Adrienne Stewart received her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine with Highest Academic Achievement from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. She was the first Naturopathic Doctor to attend Dr. Andrew Weil’s elective rotation at the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine. Dr. Stewart’s residency at Southwest Naturopathic Medical Center focused on primary care for patients with acute and chronic disease. Prior to medical school, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Arizona, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences with a minor in Chemistry. As a young girl, Dr. Stewart watched her mother struggle with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. Going from doctor to doctor, she learned how she did and did not want her family to be treated and how disease can affect the entire family. These early experiences drew her to become a Naturopathic Doctor.

Dr. Adrienne Stewart is a naturopathic physician practicing at Integrative Health in Scottsdale, AZ. Dr. Stewart is passionate about empowering patients to take control of their health through nutrition, therapeutic lifestyle changes, and identifying potential toxic body burdens. Some of her focus areas include helping patients who are struggling with fatigue, hormonal imbalances, weight gain, poor digestion, irregular menstrual cycles, or menopausal symptoms. In addition, Dr. Stewart concentrates on fertility, preconception health, and environmental medicine. She provides the care and guidance necessary for patients to get on track with their health so that they feel good and feel supported during transitions in their life.Dr. Stewart enjoys dancing and spending time with her family, her husband Derek and their dog Kosmo.


Zoë Putnam MS
LMT


Zoë Putnam brings 25 years of experience in spiritual counseling, massage/bodywork therapy, and energy healing to the Quantum Gliding team. She is dedicated to serving those who suffer from stress, acute complaints, or chronic conditions. In doing so, she always considers the specific needs of the individual, including such specialized groups as athletes and babies. Much of Zoë’s work is conducted across phone lines, with clients calling in from several states. That’s because spiritual counseling and energy healing are just as effective with or without physical proximity.

Trained in many areas of healing, she has extensive expertise in Therapeutic Touch which can be done over long distances. Her Therapeutic Touch courses have provided Continuing Education hours for massage therapists and nurses. She also teaches Ethics in Massage Therapy Practice.

Her professional affiliations include past Chair of the Membership Entrance Examination Committee for the American Massage Therapy Association. She has also held memberships in the American Organization for Bodywork Therapies of Asia (formerly American Oriental Bodywork Therapy Association) and the Nurse Healers-Professional Associates. Lecturing locally and nationally on body/mind/spirit health, Zoë has made several guest appearances on radio and cable television shows.

She is also an accomplished author with numerous articles published in health newsletters and professional journals.

Dr. Alan Christianson
NMD


Dr. Christianson’s lifelong interest in the healing power of nature was sparked as a child in rural Minnesota. After struggling with health challenges including epilepsy and obesity, he realized early on that his diet had a profound effect on his health. His fascination with plants, science and their correlation to healing, and his insatiable quest for knowledge, continues to provide inspiration. He completed his premedical studies at the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, N.D. He was a member of the first graduating class of the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona. Dr. Christianson specializes in diagnosis and management of thyroid disease.

Dr. Christianson, a 2011 Phoenix Magazine Top Doc recipient and co-author of ‘The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Thyroid Disease’, founded Integrative Health in 1997. He resides in Scottsdale, Arizona, with his wife Kirin, their two children and his 6 unicycles.

Working alongside her husband, award-winning physician and New York Times best-selling author Daniel Amen, Tana is a highly respected health and fitness expert, speaker and media guest. Troy K. Meiners

Troy K. Meiners is the practicing manager and owner of Pro Sports Performance & Rehab LLC. He is a Licensed Physical Therapist, Certified Athletic Trainer as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He graduated with a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin at La Crosse. There he also completed his undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sports Science – Athletic Training.

Troy has over 13 years experience working as a Licensed Physical Therapist and has been working with athletes in a sports medicine setting for over 19 yrs. He has worked with athletes and their families on all levels from youth to professional throughout his career. Prior to opening Pro Sports Performance & Rehab LLC., Troy worked as a clinic director and lead physical therapist for an outpatient orthopedic and sports clinic.

Troy practices with a manual therapy and exercise based approach to physical rehabilitation, which is supported by evidence in research.
